West Byfleet, Surrey — York House Dental Practice, a well-established private dental clinic in the village of West Byfleet, has officially changed hands.
Specialist property adviser Christie & Co confirmed the sale of the four-surgery practice, which has been a fixture in the community for over 50 years. The practice was previously owned by Rashi and Sundeep Soin, who had managed the clinic since 2015. The business was brought to market to allow Sundeep Soin to focus more on his clinical duties and other professional commitments.
After a confidential marketing process led by Tony Walker, Associate Director of Dental at Christie & Co, the practice was acquired by first-time buyer Kaveet Patel.
Reflecting on the sale, Dr. Sundeep Soin said, “When I acquired the practice in 2015, I saw the potential for growth. We modernised the space, upgraded to a fully computerised system, installed air conditioning, and carried out major renovations to improve patient care and comfort. With growing commitments elsewhere, I felt the time was right to sell. I’m proud of what we’ve built and hope the practice continues to thrive in the years ahead.”
New owner Kaveet Patel expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, saying, “I am honoured to take over York House Dental Practice, which has earned the trust of the community for decades. I look forward to working with the excellent team here to continue delivering high-quality care and clinical excellence.”
Christie & Co’s Tony Walker added, “It was a pleasure to support Rashi and Sundeep through the sale. They’ve done outstanding work to grow and improve the practice, and we’re confident it’s in good hands with Kaveet. The successful transfer also highlights the continued strength of the dental practice market, especially for first-time buyers.”
