Amrita School of Dentistry has joined hands with Vennala Government Lower Primary School in Kochi to improve dental care among children. This collaboration is part of the Anand Muskan project, launched by the Union Health Ministry. The project falls under the Indian Council of Medical Research’s (ICMR) National Health Research Program.
The Anand Muskan initiative aims to bring oral healthcare into school education. It seeks to provide children with the knowledge and tools they need to maintain good dental hygiene. This partnership marks an important step toward better dental health awareness in schools.
