Residents of Carroll County, Maryland, have access to affordable dental care through several programs run by the Carroll County Health Department and its partners.
The Health Department’s Dental Clinic, located at 290 South Center Street in Westminster, provides a wide range of dental services. These include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, tooth extractions, and emergency care. Services are available to uninsured adults and children, as well as TennCare members, helping those who might not otherwise be able to afford treatment.
In addition, the Access Carroll Family Dental Clinic delivers full-time, comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. Located at 10 Distillery Drive, Suite 200 in Westminster, the clinic offers diagnostic exams, preventive cleanings, restorative procedures, dentures, and emergency extractions. It operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Services are provided on a sliding fee scale and are accessible to individuals enrolled in public assistance programs.
