Over 200 dental professionals, many of them graduates of Luzerne County Community College (LCCC), returned to campus on Friday for the 26th Annual Dental Health Alumni Day.
The event, sponsored by Waterpik and Colgate, offered continuing education and networking opportunities for dental hygienists, assistants, and other oral health professionals. This year’s program featured expert presentations by Jaimie Murphy and Kristina Dion, who addressed key topics in dental health and patient care.
“This annual event is vital for professional development and fostering a sense of community among LCCC alumni,” said LCCC President John Yudichak. “We are committed to providing ongoing educational opportunities that empower our dental professionals to enhance their practices and ensure the highest standards of care.”
Throughout the day, attendees participated in learning sessions and exchanged insights with peers and presenters. By the end of the event, participants left with new strategies and refreshed motivation to apply in their daily practices—contributing to better care for the communities they serve.
LCCC extended special thanks to Waterpik and Colgate for their continued support of the event.
